About Janet R. Bent

Counseling and therapy.I graduated from Saint Martin's College in 1992 with a Master of Arts in Community Psychology and Counseling degree (an MA). I have been working in the field of psychology and counseling since that time. I am licensed by the State of Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (license number LH00003422). I work with most insurance companies.

My job history as a therapist includes working for Group Health Cooperative as a Master's Level Therapist from 1992 to 1994, and from 1997 to 2003. I also worked for three years (1994-1997) as the Mental Health Consultant for the Sound to Harbor Head Start/ECEAP program.

I have been in private practice continuously since the year 2000.
